Global Help stürzt beim Startvorgang ab – was kann ich tun?

Wenn Sie bei der Benutzung von Global Help Probleme mit dem Programm haben, können Sie folgendes versuchen. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie eine Sicherheitskopie von Global Help auf Ihrem Mac oder PC in iTunes haben. Sie werden die installierte Version auf Ihrem iPhone oder iPod löschen und anschließend erneut von Ihrem Mac oder PC synchronisieren. Hier die Schritte:

1. Starten Sie Ihr iPhone oder Ihren iPod touch.
2. Navigieren Sie zu der Ansicht, in der Global Help zu sehen ist.
3. Legen Sie Ihren Finger auf die app und halten Sie den Finger so lange gedrückt, bis die Programme anfangen zu wackeln.
4. Sie können nun an allen angepassten Programmen ein weißes Kreuz in der oberen linken Ecke sehen.
5. Tippen Sie nun auf dieses Kreuz neben dem Symbol von Global Help.
6. Sie werden eine Mitteilung bekommen, dass Sie im Begriff sind Global Help zu löschen.
7. Bestätigen Sie diesen Schritt, indem Sie auf “Löschen” klicken.
8. Nun können Sie die app bewerten (können, müssen aber nicht), daher klicken Sie auf “Nein”.
9. Nun drücken Sie die Home Taste (Runde Taste ganz unten)
10. Die Apps hören auf zu wackeln und die Kreuze sind verschwunden.
11. Verbinden Sie nun Ihr iPhone mit Ihrem Computer und synchronisieren Sie erneut.
12. Global Help wird neu installiert.
13. Trennen Sie Ihr iPhone und versuchen es erneut.

Diese Schritte können Probleme lösen nachdem Sie “Global Help” durch eine neuere Version ersetzt haben oder nachdem sie eine neuere Version vom iOS installiert haben. Diese Schritte funktionieren auch bei anderen Programmen mit den gleichen Symptomen.

Aber keine Panik falls Sie Global Help bereist gelöscht haben, der iTunes Store kennt alle Ihre Einkäufe. Besuchen Sie den App Store erneut und laden Sie Ihre Version von Global Help kostenlos. Sie müssen nur auf die Taste “Jetzt kaufen” tippen und erhalten folgende Mitteilung:

 Perfect travel companion
This app is a life saver, yet hoping it never has to be one for me. Due to my profession I travel a lot internationally and I love traveling on my holidays as well always looking forward to find the next wonders of world, and often times have to go to countries where I do not speak the local language where I always try to take into account all „what if‘s“. In the past I was always printing out phone numbers to local embassies as well as emergency numbers incase something happened. I got this app few months back and now with this app I‘ve had great peace of mind while traveling as it has all numbers and contacts in one convenient place - and after double checking various destinations all information seems to be well up to date (unlike some web services I‘ve tried in the past). I still do write down some numbers from the app itself incase I get pick pocketed or break my phone, but now I save hours of time not having to look up this information before hand and I have all numbers conveniently in one place. Definitely recommend for all frequent business and leisure travelers as well as to other people who want to have peace of mind over „what if‘s“ while traveling. Also, the 1.5 update provided so many added locations to the app that I‘m upgrading my rating from 4* to 5*.

Very useful app for anyone who travels. Also customer support are extreemely nice and helpful.

 Don‘t Leave home without it
If you travel internationally, you should consider purchasing Global Help. Emergency info, all major credit card contact info, embassies, and more in a well organized, easy to use place. No more compiling all this data yourself prior to travel. For a small price, you get a valuable service which could save your life in a far away land. 4 stars!
